Elma FriendElma has over 31 years’ experience in the Health Industry, and she loves to help her clients navigate their insurance needs. She knows this can change, so she encourages her clients to contact her office anytime.
Elma is a big Oregon Ducks fan and loves to spoil her 4 grandchildren as much as possible. She and her husband also love to garden, go camping and spend time with friends and family. They have supported the Oregon Food Bank for over 10 years and help to care for their community through programs connected to their home church.

Sean Cullins
Sean has been a member of the Willamette Valley Benefits Inc. team since May, 2021. He joined us with an eagerness to learn about Insurance and Medicare and is looking forward to earning his license. Since 2007, Tressa has helped her clients with Medicare, and Individual Insurance. She received the award for the Circle of Champions for healthcare.gov. When working with her, you will find she takes the extra time to ensure her clients are comfortable with the decision they make. She loves to hear from her clients where she can maintain a long-lasting relationship with them. Tressa has two young adult daughters and in her free time enjoys exploring Oregon with all its beautiful scenic mountains, while hunting fishing and hiking. Mary Beth joined us in early 2019, coming from 34 years of experience working with a large brokerage firm as a Health & Benefits Insurance Consultant. Her customer service skills, easy manner, and going the extra mile helps create long-term relationships with her clients should their needs change. On a personal note, Mary Beth cherishes the time spent with family and friends. Melissa Jett
Prior to joining Willamette Valley Benefits in 2020, Mel spent almost two decades working for a non-profit, primarily in Runaway and Homeless Youth Services. She went from the program side of operations to Human Resources where she fell in love with benefits administration. She enjoys working with clients to help them find the right health insurance options to meet their needs. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, quilting, running with her girlfriends, and escaping to the beach with her husband and daughter. In 2013, she and a friend self-published a children’s book titled The Owl and The Wave.
